This system, which can be added to a Fluid Concentration Evaporator- ECoFluid®, is used for the recovering of aromatic compounds that are normally lost in the evaporation process.

In the aroma recovery unit, the aroma solution is concentrated, condensed and refrigerated requiring a minimum amount of steam and refrigeration.

The system is widely used to recover aromas from various concentrated juices, among which we can highlight:
